Terms of Agreement

Thank you for submitting a caregiver request! We can't wait to find your perfect match. After you submit this form, a team member will reach out. You will receive an email confirming that your search has begun! Our representatives will schedule a phone appointment with you to confirm the details of your request.

Unlike most agencies, CareBear Intl. LLC. does not charge thousands of dollars to match your family with a consistent caregiver. Our unique subscription packages offer our families flexibility and affordability with 5-star caregiver services. We are proud to offer many amazing benefits to our clients. All caregiver packages include the following:

• A Phone Consultation with our Director of Caregiver Placements to discuss your position and answer any questions 
• At Least One Candidates with Full CareBear Intl. LLC. Vetting and Training Process: Criminal Background Check, Professional Reference Check, Social Media Check, 2+ Years of Childcare Experience, Interviewed Extensively, Non-Smoking, Pet Friendly
• Candidate Presentation Between 30 days in business days of your Consultation Call
• Ongoing Monthly Training Opportunities for your CareBear Intl. Caregivers, including Customer Service Training, Certification Renewal Opportunities, Education Advancement 
• Back Up Care as Needed

CareBear Intl. LLC. is a premier in home service provider. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and incredible caregivers to our families. 
We charge a retainer fee of 500.00 to start the process of searching for your candidates. This fee will be processed upon submission of this form. This fee compensates your nanny matching team for their time matching you with nanny candidates. This fee does not guarantee that a nanny candidate will accept your position. Unfortunately, termination of your search will not result in a refund. Failure to choose a candidate will not result in a refund. All fees are non-refundable.

Once you choose a candidate, you will be enrolled in a $150.00 monthly subscription. While a membership or nanny subscription can be canceled at any time upon termination of a nanny, it is required for your subscription to be active while employing a nanny through CareBear Intl. LLC. All membership fees are charged on the 1st of each month. At this time, we cannot refund membership, subscription, and retainer fees. We do not refund retainer fees for families that do not choose a provided candidate as a nanny. Please cancel your membership via email to carebearintl@outlook.com before the 1st of the following month.

We operate between 14 and 30 business days of your consultation call, depending on the package you choose. Our team members will contact you to set up a consultation call. Please note that the start date of your request is the date of your consultation call, not the date of your request form submission, as we must discuss your needs and preferences before we begin your search. We can “hold” your request and retainer for up to 60 days after your consultation call. You must use your retainer to start the search process within this time frame. You must notify us in writing that you want to begin or discontinue a hold period.
